◎ How to make rice wine

 

1. Disinfect the container under the sun or boiling water in advance.  Mix Nurook well with cooled hard rice, put it in disinfected container with water.  Do not seal, but cover with cloth and tie up in a warm place.  (Maintain 20℃~25℃)
2. When gas bubbles rise 4~5 days later, undiluted rice wine is finished.  Strain with fine sieve or cloth, and you can drink it as raw rice wine.

    Or, you can mix water at raw wine 0.5~1 : water 1 ratio to drink as rice wine (You can keep fermenting and drink 6~7 days later for stronger alcohol degree and sparkling flavor.)
