◎ How to make acorn jelly

Mix acorn powder and water at about 1:5 ratio and mix well to prevent lumps.
Mix about half a spoon of cooking oil for less sticking when cooling it down later.
Or you can apply little cooking oil to the container to cool down the jelly.

 

Boil and mix well over medium heat, and when it boils up, stir for about 3 more minutes over low heat.
Pour boiled jelly into a container or mold, and cool down in a cool place.

 

You can add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil while boiling over low heat according to your taste.

98% acorn powder (China), table salt 2% (Korean)
