◎ How to make buckwheat jelly

 

1. Add buckwheat powder and water at 1:4 ratio (add salt according to your taste).
2. Coat the pot with 1 spoon of sesame oil.  (You can remove scorched buckwheat jelly easier after making the jelly)
3. Slowly stir in one direction over high heat until gas bubbles rise.
4. When bubbles rise, stir and oil for 10 minutes over medium heat.
5. After, simmer 10 minutes over low heat.
6. Put it in a container and cool down for 3~4 hours in a cool place (do not put in refrigerator).

Buckwheat powder (China) 85%, cowpea powder (Myanmar), refined salt (Korean)
