◎ How to make instant soybean paste
Supplies: Fermented Soya Flour 3kg, little red pepper powder, bay salt 800g, mineral water 3.9L

 

  1) Pour bay salt in the water to dissolve completely.
  2) Add Fermented Soya Flour and red pepper powder in above salt water and mix well.
  3) After mixing, put it in the crock and seal to prevent air entry.
  4) Ferment it for 3 months to finish the instant soybean paste, and store in kimchi refrigerators, etc.


*Amount of red pepper powder or bay salt can be adjusted according to taste.

Bean (Korean), fermented barley (Korean), red pepper seed (Korean), yellow chrysanthemum (Korean)
